Stoney Creek, er Stoney Point … updated, 10:30 p.m. Wednesday

I finally got around to doing a mix from the two days of recording Milltown did at my house. And the only reason I got this done, frankly, was by bringing my external hard drive to work and mixing it at my desk, wearing ear buds, between work interruptions. No doubt I’ll make some additional corrections when I can hear it on my near-field monitors. (I think that’s Luke you hear grunting during his intro. G) I’m playing fiddle on this one, Andy on mandolin.

10:30 p.m.: OK, new version, remixed (Stoney Creek.2) re Don’s perceptive recommendations.

11:30 a.m. Thursday: The proper name for this is “Stoney Point,” as Luke just pointed out. Though in fact the original title to this tune is “Wild Horses at Stoney Point.”
